Odd Future on Adult Swim

Odd Future is set to appear on Loiter Squad, a new show that will have an assortment of people performing comedy sketches, pranks, and whatever Dickhouse Productions (who produced Jackass) can think of. Considering how Odd Future has drummed up loads of controversy much like Jackass, they should have no problem doing this show. My Chemical Romance Drummer Steals from Band

My Chemical Romance drummer Michael Pedicone was kicked out of the band after he was caught stealing from them. The band does not intend to press charges, but have already replaced Pedicone with Jarrod Alexander. Pedicone has tried to defend his position, admitting that he was wrong but stating that the situation was complicated. It would be interesting to see what reasons he has for stealing from his own band. Pedicone had only been with the band for a year…Check out My Chemical Romance’s hit “Famous Last Words” below.

Arcade Fire Charity Basketball

Members of Arcade Fire have organized a charity basketball game against professional basketball players at Mcgill University Sports Center. This game will take place on September 24th as part of the Pop Montreal festival. Proceeds will go to DJ Sports Club, which offers sports programs to kids in the city. Beyonce Pregnant

Beyonce announced at the VMAs on Sunday that she was pregnant. She has been married to Jay-Z for three years now and has previously stated that she wanted to have a child at age 30–she’ll be 30 in five days. With the powerful voice of Beyonce and the infectious flow of Jay-Z, this kid is bound to have some serious talent. Rebecca Black Full Album

Rebecca Black is currently working on a full-length album that she plans to release around Halloween. The 14 year old aspiring artist caught the public’s attention with her infamous song “Friday,” which quickly became one of the most watched videos on Youtube (but gained overwhelmingly negative responses). Rebecca Black has undoubtedly handled the haters very well for her age and has even worked with successful artists such as Katy Perry. Everyone has to start somewhere, and hopefully Rebecca will be able to break her connection from “Friday” with her new work. How do you guys think her new album will compare to “Friday”?

Remembering Aaliyah

10 years ago on August 25th, R&B singer Aaliyah died in a plane crash in the Bahamas–she was only 22. Aaliyah released her first studio album, Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number, in 1994 when she was only 15. Her career as an artist/singer was well received and all three of her albums would go double platinum. She had also begun acting, most notably in 2000′s Romeo Must Die alongside Jet Li.

After filming the music video for her single “Rock The Boat,” Aaliyah and eight other passengers died in the tragic plane crash. Despite her young age, Aaliyah already had an immensely successful career as an artist, and would have undoubtedly continued to surprise fans with her talent. Justin Bieber surprises Taylor Swift fans

Taylor Swift’s concert in Los Angeles turned into quite a memorable one for her fans when Justin Bieber came onstage to perform his hit song “Baby” with the country pop sensation. She tweeted “You think you’ve heard LOUD screaming in your life. Then @justinbieber comes out and does a surprise song during your show. Woah. Unreal.” What are friends for right?
